Assisted Living refers to a certain level of care that a person may need. Assisted Living care usually begins when a person is mostly able to live independently, but needs help with one or more of the following:
The care that each resident receives at a Noble Senior Living community is unique to his or her needs. Each resident is assessed upon move-in and regularly thereafter. This ensures that residents are always receiving the proper care for their needs.
Additional services include, but may not be limited to: medication assistance and administration, mobility assistance, and continence maintenance.
Residents may choose to stay with their primary physicians but we also offer on-site visits from medical providers to make it easy for residents. Common site visits include: physicians and nurse practitioners, dentists, podiatrists, home health, and physical therapy.
Our number one priority is the safety of our residents. Our communities are equipped with safety items such as safety railings in the hallways, safety bars where needed, and a staff trained in emergency response.
The biggest worry for many people with a senior loved one who lives alone is that something could happen when no one was there. At our communities, we have 24/7 nursing to help seniors when they need it.
Our Life Enrichment Center can make senior living feel like resort living. The director meets with each resident and adds new activities based on resident interests. Activities are a great way to stay active and make friends.
Residents and their loved ones never need to worry about home maintenance. Residents are free to enjoy their retirement time without thinking about replacing light bulbs or shoveling snow. We take care of the community inside and out.
Every day we offer three delicious chef-prepared meals plus snacks. We encourage all residents to eat in our dining rooms to enhance mobility and socializing.
Each community is different and each resident is different. We won’t know the total rate until we understand the resident’s level of care. The level of care is determined by the amount of help a resident requires. We use an assessment tool and follow state guidelines for level of care in each of our communities.
Most of our assisted living residents have their own private apartments with private bathrooms. It is also possible to request a shared room for couples or close friends or semiprivate rooms. We encourage residents to decorate their rooms with items from home such as pictures, bedding, a chair or small couch, or a favorite dresser to make them feel comfortable and at home.
Residents are able to come and go as they please. For safety reasons, we require residents to sign in and out of the community. If a resident is leaving the community for an extended amount of time, we can prepare “to-go” medications, as necessary.
Our hope is that your loved one continues to be active and involved in everyday life. Our Life Enrichment Program will offer different activities throughout the day and outings into the local community. Our staff gets to know the residents on a personal level and schedule activities that encourage residents to meet new people and continue with their interests and hobbies.
